Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DailyVocab application and website (the "Service") operated by DailyVocab ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms also incorporate the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. App Store Rules

Your use of the DailyVocab app must comply with all applicable Apple App Store Terms of Service. We are solely responsible for the Service, its content, and any warranties or claims related to it, not Apple Inc.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

DailyVocab may offer auto-renewing subscriptions to access premium features. If you choose to purchase a subscription:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including but not limited to design, layout, text, graphics, and code), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DailyVocab and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DailyVocab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
